May-June CrossFit Bench Series Begin

Our CrossFit workouts are markers of our health and also let us know where are strengths and weaknesses are in our fitness.  We will be testing all types of time domains and movements.  The Girls WOD’s from will be tested throughout the benchmark series to look at where we can improve our gymnastics, weightlifting, and monostructural movements.  It would be ideal to hit all of the workouts on the schedule, but if you can’t try to plan ahead and get in as many as possible. Especially the ones you don’t like!
