Teen Strength & Conditioning


Our Teen Class is here to provide the strongest base of general fitness for athletes and students.  Our classes are based on fun, technique, support, community, and making good decisions.

Strength training with gymnastics & weighted barbells will provide a growth response in the body.  This will make tendons, muscles, and connective tissues stronger for sport and everyday life. Proper form will be priority number one.

Workouts are higher intensity than the younger kids classes and the vocabulary used in class will be on par with that of the Adult Beginner classes. There will be a strong emphasis on teamwork, communication and leadership skills, knowing that our teens are just a few short steps from being grown-ups out in the “real” world.

The teens class is appropriate for kids who have been in our programs before and also for kids with no CrossFit experience. CrossFit, as with the adults, is scalable for all fitness and skill levels.

6 Week Strength Program

When: June 26 – August 3
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
Time: 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
6 Weeks – $250
Weekly – $50
Drop-In – $20


Throughout 6 weeks, we will focus on lifting technique and how to increase performance through Weights & Nutrition.  GET OFF THE COUCH this summer! Build better body awareness and strengthen your core through strength training.
