Step #2: Attend our Foundations Program

Our Foundations class is how we make sure everyone in our community understands our vision of the CrossFit program.  You will learn how to move correctly, listen to your body, support each other, while achieving virtuosity in movement and health.

Over the course of 10 sessions (3 days a week) we will cover foundational CrossFt movements with an emphasis on building proper technique and improving your capacity in the WOD (Workout of the Day).

Each session will be 1 hour long consisting of:

  • General warm up
  • Technique session of new movements
  • Workout of the Day which pushes your individual capacity
  • Cool down/stretching

This is the exact same way we will run our regular CrossFit classes so you will be ready to jump right in.

Please attend each session on time. Each session will build on the previous ones, please try to make it to every session.

Starting a new program can be intimidating and exciting. We are here to offer you a positive and encouraging environment to get fit and learn movement while working at your individual pace. You will leave your foundations class with the tools that you can use for a lifetime to stay healthy, fit, and happy. Plus we share a bunch of smiles, laughs and high fives, so come play!!!

Step #3: Select a Membership

Unlimited Classes per Week:

  • Month-to-Month: $175/month
  • *Full Time Students: $125/month
  • *Discounted Membership: $150/month
    (Professionals supporting our community: Police, Fire, Military, Teacher’s, Senior’s 60+)

*Must show valid ID

Pay Per Class:

  • 10 Class Punch Card: $165

*Expires after 1 year
