We are introducing a new Strength Program here at CrossFit Aptos that is designed to not only get you stronger and feeling better but also help build some of those tough movements like push-ups, pull-ups, dips and handstand push-ups
This class is going to have the same vibe as the classes you are used to, but this is going to be focused on strength and progressing your four big lifts (squat, deadlift, bench, press) and making you a more well-rounded person.
