Consistency is the key to seeing results. We encourage new athletes to come to class at least three times a week. This will help you to learn and improve upon the movements that we do as well as see results faster. As you incorporate CrossFit into your weekly lifestyle you will start to see improvements such as endurance, strength, stamina, flexibility, agility and body composition. Changing your nutritional habits will also help you to gain your desired results. Other lifestyle improvements such as confidence, energy level, mental health, improved sleep and overall quality of life may also be enhanced. Many people are shocked at their improvements no matter what background they come from. Working hard to continually improve our own physical capacity will bring results.
