CrossFit utilizes a variety of exercises to optimize your fitness. ¬†Through CrossFit you will learn…..

  • Squats: air squat, front squat, back squat, overhead squat
  • Presses: shoulder press, push press, push jerk
  • Deads: deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, med-ball clean
  • Olympic Lifts: clean and jerk, snatch
  • Gymnastics: pull-up, push-up, sit-up, burpee, ring dip, muscle-up, handstand, L-sits etc..
  • Other common movements: thruster, wallball, kettlebell swing, rowing, box jump, jumprope.

Each day there will be a new workout (WOD) compromised of one to several of the exercises you see above.
