- Deads: deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, med-ball clean
- Olympic Lifts: clean and jerk, snatch
- Gymnastics: pull-up, push-up, sit-up, burpee, ring dip, muscle-up, handstand, L-sits etc..
- Other common movements: thruster, wallball, kettlebell swing, rowing, box jump, jumprope.
Each day there will be a new workout (WOD) compromised of one to several of the exercises you see above.
