600-meter Farmers Walk (45/30 lb.)

1 Push-Up
1 V-Up
-add a rep each round

400-meter Front-Rack Walk
1 Pull-Up
1 Push-Up
1 V-Up
-add a rep each round

200-meter Waiters Walk
1 Pull-Up
1 Push-Up
1 V-Up
-add a rep each round

In teams of 2, get as many reps as possible while your partner walks. Complete the walks & the triplet in any order you think will give you the most reps.
*subtract 1 round from your score for every time you break in any of the dumbbell walks.
