25 Double-unders
5 Hang Power Cleans (155/105 lb.)

HPC should be performed unbroken, and at the end of your last rep hold the barbell in the front-rack position for 1 minute.

For every break in your hold, you will have to do 15 GHD sit-ups before advancing to the next round.
