JULY FOUNDATIONS PROGRAM
Time 6:30 p.m.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
Over the course of 10 sessions (3 days a week), we will cover foundational CrossFt movements with an emphasis on building proper technique and improving your capacity in the WOD (Workout of the Day).
Each session will be 1 hour and will consist of:
- General warm-up
- Technique session of new movements
- Workout of the Day, which pushes your individual capacity
- Cool down/stretching
This is the exact same way we will run our regular CrossFit classes, so you will be ready to jump right in.
Please attend each session on time. Each session will build on the previous ones so please try to make it to every session.
Starting a new program can be intimidating and exciting. We are here to offer you a positive and encouraging environment to get fit and learn movement while working at your individual pace. You will leave your Foundations class with the tools that you can use for a lifetime to stay healthy, fit and happy. Plus we share a bunch of smiles, laughs and high fives, so come play!
