Our Foundations program is how we make sure everyone in our community understands the vision of the CrossFit program.
You will learn how to move correctly, listen to your body and support each other, while achieving virtuosity in movement and life.
Through the Foundations sessions, you will learn your strengths and how to develop your weaknesses in fitness and health.
The movements we do are foundational to increasing your fitness and improving your quality of life.
